Page numbering

If you start a new album the first page will receive page number 1. The next page will receive number 2, etc.

In some cases, however, you would like to start your pages on another page number, for example, because you design supplements for an existing album. You can adjust the page number on the screen “Page Setup” or directly by editing the page number field on the page.

When you add a page it will automatically receive the next page number. For example, if you change the number of the first page to 10 the next page will automatically receive number 11.

Prefixes and suffixes

Stamp Album Studio also supports prefixes and suffixes. A prefix is a text before the page number, for example TAX. A suffix is a text following the page number, for example a. When you enter a prefix or suffix for your page, the next pages will get the same prefix and suffix. For example, the first page has page number "Tax 1". The next page will get page number "Page 2". If the first page has page number "1a" the next page will get page number "2a".
